Order Cancellation Conditions
To ensure efficient processing, we have established specific timeframes for cancellations:

Within 48 Hours (Unshipped): Orders placed within the last 48 hours that have not yet been shipped are eligible for direct cancellation.

Over 48 Hours or Shipped: Orders placed more than 48 hours ago, or orders that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the package. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund. Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed duplicate orders for the same item, please contact us immediately. We can cancel the duplicate order provided it has not yet been shipped.

Inventory Errors: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order due to inventory discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.

Method: Upon confirmation of the cancellation, the refund will be automatically returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account you used for the original payment.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.

Order Modifications
Please note that we cannot modify the contents of an order (e.g., adding or removing items) once it has been placed. If you need to make changes, you must cancel the original order and place a new order. Shipping address corrections must be requested within the 48-hour window before shipment.
