We ship to all states and territories within Australia.
At this time, we do not support shipping to any other countries.
Shipping Costs
- Orders totaling AUD $100.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
- For orders under AUD $100.00, a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $10.99 will be applied at checkout.
Taxes and Fees
All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM, or on a weekend or public holiday, will have their processing time commence on the following business day.
Order Processing Time
All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days. This is the time required to prepare your order for dispatch and does not include the transit time.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7-15 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and potential carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Disclaimer of Liability
- Product Damage or Loss: In the unfortunate event that your product is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution. We require that you notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
- Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations before the order has entered the processing stage. Once an order is being processed, we cannot guarantee any modifications.
- Delivery Address and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for lost packages, undelivered packages, or delivery delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.
Acceptance of Delivery
Upon delivery, we recommend you inspect the package for any visible external damage before signing for it. If significant damage is apparent, you may note it with the carrier or refuse the delivery. If you discover concealed damage after opening the package, please contact our support team with photos within 48 hours.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons such as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you. Re-shipment of the order may incur an additional shipping fee.
