Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
At Zonalirto (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to providing high-quality sunshades, garden greenhouses, and water storage tanks. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below carefully.
Return Validity Period
We offer a 45-day return window. You have 45 days from the date you sign for the receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. If 45 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Appearance Issues: The product arrived damaged, scratched, or broken.
- Quality Issues: The product has functional defects or manufacturing flaws.
- Discrepancies: The product has a strong odor, severe color difference, or does not match the description.
- Wrong Item: We shipped the wrong product (incorrect model, size, or type).
- No Reason (Change of Mind): You simply changed your mind. In this case, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at team@zonalirto.com or call us at +1 (323) 389-0712. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the return, and relevant videos or photos showing the issue.
- Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
- You must mail the product back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive it.
- Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product to verify if it matches the reported situation. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange your refund immediately. Please refer to the "Refund Process" section for more details.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at team@zonalirto.com or call us at +1 (323) 389-0712. Please provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
- Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
- You need to send the product back to our designated return address.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately inspect it. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange for the new item to be prepared within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 7-15 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on transit times.
Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be automatically applied to the original method of payment (Visa or MasterCard) used at the time of purchase.
- Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.
- If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Fees and Shipping Costs
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to appearance issues, quality issues, odor/severe color difference, or if the wrong item was sent ("Quality-related returns"), we will bear the shipping costs for the return.
- Your Responsibility: If the return is for "No Reason" (Change of mind), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package we ship. You can use this label to facilitate the return process once your return request has been approved by our team.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper assembly of the products (such as greenhouses or sunshades) contrary to the instruction manual. Normal wear and tear over time is not considered a quality defect. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or are returned without prior authorization.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before the item is shipped. If the order is cancelled before shipment, we will provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Return Process outlined above after receiving the package.
Item Condition for Returns
For returns based on "No Reason," items must be in resalable condition. This means they must be free from stains, signs of wear, or modifications. Water storage tanks and greenhouses must be disassembled and packed securely in their original boxes.
