  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping for orders totaling AUD 100 or more. For orders under AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.

  • Transit Time: Delivery usually takes between 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Conditions: You may cancel your order directly within 48 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery and then contact us to initiate a return for a refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
  • Arrival Time: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Regarding the arrival time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days.
